This website is run by Karen Bishop and she posts regular Wings messages around 3 times a month.  She knows everything that's happening behind the scenes on an energetic level and most of what she writes about is usually accurate as to what I'm currently experiencing in my ascension process.  Unfortunately, I just learned that Karen will no longer be offering regular Wings posts.  She wrote her last post May 14.  Her archived posts are worth reading though.  She will have a new website called Heart of the Night in the future.
